2026-08-03T14:56:26.329Z · WEB-4 done. Implemented /admin/wallet-grant and POST /api/admin/wallet-grant behind requireAdmin. Grants write LedgerEntry kind=admin_grant with admin actor/reason audit metadata; clientRequestId maps to ledger idempotencyKey so retries do not double-credit. Route tests pass: npx tsx --test src/app/api/admin/wallet-grant/__tests__/route.test.ts (10/10). Patch: ~/Downloads/WALLET-WEB4.patch. No deploy.
