Директива owner-а: после фикса — ПОЛНАЯ приёмка видео-эпика до конца по всем трём путям: YouTube, TikTok, локальный видеофайл (за импорт отвечает отдельный видео-движок с провайдерами — project-x-ingest-service на Pi). Каждый путь: импорт → транскрипт → источник в тетради → поиск по нему. Не закрывать по одному YouTube.

Changes:
- YouTube import pre-syncs the active notebook via saveCurrentNotebook()+await syncNotebook(active) before POST /api/media/youtube, then sends notebookId explicitly. This covers new/local active notebooks before the server RAG write.
- Server media import guard returns 400 NOTEBOOK_REQUIRED for new sourceId without target notebook, but still allows direct notebook owner/editor when notebookId is supplied and stays fail-closed for foreign/mismatched targets.
- YouTube client stops auto-progress/retry permanently on every 4xx terminal response; retry remains only for network/5xx, max 3 attempts.
- Added ru/uk localized terminal copy; no server English error is surfaced to users on these terminal paths.

Checks (all exit 0):

Note: root tree has no package.json/pnpm-lock, so pnpm lint/build/test are unavailable in this tar workspace. No deploy performed. Full live video-epic acceptance (YouTube/TikTok/local file import→transcript→source→search) still needs to run after this patch is deployed with project-x-ingest-service available.
